INTERIOR DESIGN + PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We manage all our projects consistently through the 5 project phases to achieve a successful completion and handover

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

PHASE 1 // CONSULT

Understanding our client's business is key to a successful project. Together with our extensive experience we provide suggestions, advice and practical costings that give our client the complete picture of the way forward.

PHASE 2 // DESIGN

Our creative team then works with a brief to develop an initial design concept. We offer our clients a range of design skills that encompass conception design, graphic, logo and industrial design.

PHASE 3 // DOCUMENT

Once concepts have been approved, we commence design documentation and specifications that facilitate timely and accurate construction.

PHASE 4 // CONSTRUCT

Focusing on attention to detail at all times, we then work closely with our in house and contract trades people to ensure exceptional production quality.

PHASE 5 // MANAGE

The implementation stage is critical. Strict adherence to project deadlines, budgets and control are paramount to us.

SPACE PLANNING

Integral to the interior design process is space planning, which focuses on the development of layouts that best utilise the given space. Codesco gives careful consideration to the site constraints and conditions while providing the best use of space for the client based on their needs and requirements.

RETAIL ROLL OUTS

For large retail businesses, stores are constantly a work in progress. We understand the challenges that come with rolling out new stores, and we've developed a method to do this efficiently and affordably. Constant analysis and feedback are part of the process, and we make it our goal to add value at every stage.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

Construction documents include building plans, specifications and supporting documents used during the construction stage of a project.

The documentation translates the needs of the client into a buildable format that provides comprehensive instructions to the builder and/or shop fitting specialist as to how the project should be constructed. It also allows the client to put the project out for tender and to obtain permits from local authorities.

COUNCIL SUBMISSIONS

Codesco is experienced in the submission of documentation and drawings to local council, private certifiers and landlords. This process includes the completion of forms and liaising with individual authorities to achieve a smooth approval process.
