WHO WE ARE
Codesco is a creative interior design and project management studio based in Cape Town. Established in 2010, Codesco specialises in commercial retail design, store design, space planning, construction management and interior architecture. We pride ourselves in creating spaces and experiences that are both imaginatively conceived and skilfully constructed.
Our experience in retail design has taken us into most of the major shopping centres in the Western Cape including the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, Canal Walk in Century City as well as Tygervalley and Willowbridge. We are experts in the shopping centre approval process.
Codesco has years of experience and industry knowledge enabling us to fully oversee and project manage any retail or commercial project, large or small. We will organise all facets of a project, including providing a detailed schedule of works to guide each project ensuring it is delivered on time and on budget.
OUR APPROACH
Our unique approach enables us to offer our clients a complete service from design inception through to the final build, handling all aspects of the process. We create spaces that fulfil the brief in function and intent, utilising sustainable practice and clever design solutions. Each project is individual and each outcome unique.
We work closely with our clients beginning with initial concept, through to design development, documentation, manufacture and construction. Our collaborative approach ensures that we meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
At Codesco we take a client's vision from the first idea and transform it into a fully functional space that is both beautiful and commercially viable. We do this through 5 project phases that begin first and foremost with listening to our client's needs and continue through a collaborative process with our client to achieve the desired outcome.
